I created this website as an NU student to help fellow students check the arithmetic behind their course grades and units. It is a personal project. You can find my work on my developer website. I also build Bentodoro, a study timer and productivity app.
What the tool does
The calculator multiplies each numeric grade by its units, adds the weighted points, and divides by the total included units. It works without an account and saves entries in your browser when storage is available. The calculation guide explains the method with examples you can verify yourself.
Independent, not an official NU service
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NU Dasmariñas (NU Dasma) or National University Philippines. The NU name identifies the students the tool is intended to help. Results are estimates and are not transcripts, proof of academic standing, or confirmation of honors eligibility.
Accuracy and corrections
The formula is straightforward, but which courses count and how special marks are handled depend on academic rules. Consult your current handbook and registrar. If you find an error in the tool or its explanatory content, send a report with a small example and the result you expected.
